Abbey National are living proof you cant run a business, if you employ under trained retards to save money.

Over the last 6 years I have had the misfortune of being a customer of Abbey National I have had countless problems.

These problems have included being lied to, countless money transfers being messed up and on atleast 3 occasions, their dumb staff adding the wrong amount of funds to my account when i have deposited funds.

Abbey Nationals awnser to every problem is to call their 'helpline'. Where you will be greeted by someone in India, who can't even say your name properly. Now I know where all the kids with learning difficulties get jobs.
